Surrounded by fields and orchards, our self contained, detached annexe makes an ideal retreat for a break in the countryside. You share your stay with our horses and goat who graze in the paddock opposite. It is the perfect base to explore the city of Canterbury, the glorious Kent coast and hotspots Whitstable and Margate (we are conveniently based between them -only a twenty minute drives). Whether you want to relax or explore we offer an ideal spot for families, couples or groups of friends!

The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

The Lodge, Puddledock

Puddledock Lodge is a small cosy lodge,based on a small campsite near Canterbury. situated at the end of a private driveway, next to woodland, close by my own home. To the rear of the site in an old barn is our small classic vehicle restoration business that makes unusual vehicles to stay in like our horsebox lorry & waggon hut sited around the pond. The Lodge is the perfect escape with woodland walks though the wild camping area and countryside.It’s within easy reach of beaches & attractions.

Kent home with a view

Annex at the bottom of our garden with its own patio area with views of the pool and garden. Nice quiet area with fields and woodland walks nearby Keys left in door - guests can let themselves in, we are generally around if you have questions There is BBQ area and a heated pool (shared with hosts) for stays of 2 days or more. Please note pool heating is not turned on until about mid-end of May and turned off in September. 5 min to Herne Bay. 15 min to Whitstable 20 min to Canterbury

Located just yards from the sea, The Garden Cottage at Bank Street is accessed via a Grade II listed building, hidden away in a private location. One of the earliest Fisherman's Cottages in this seaside town, The Garden Cottage retains many original features with all the modern conveniences.
