Уютный домик, несмотря на 30 квадратов кухня тут очень удобная, так как рабочая зона столешницы огромная , считаю это важным аспектом для тех кто любит готовить, в удобной локации, если вы на машине, есть парк место, видеонаблюдение, зеленая терраса где можно выпить кофе и высушить вещи, так же место для курение, автономное отопление, просторная спальня, так же можно спать в ливинге, диван раскладывается. Very cozy apartment is situated in the center of the Botanica district right next to the park, lakes and amusement park. There are markets, pharmacy and the restaurants next to the house. The apartment is situated on the 9th floor ( the last one), no neighbors upstairs. Sleeping area, fresh air, beautiful view. Very close to public transport and very cheap taxi services.
