Rancho de Pedro is located centralized in the town of Aserradores, Northern Nicaragua. We are about 5 minutes from the Boom beach, and close to many other surf breaks. This is a family ran stay with an onsite restaurant. 4 cabanas total. and 3 beds in each room. Rooms have a shared outdoor kitchen for cooking your own meals if you choose, hammocks, and private bathrooms. Motorbikes for rent if you choose!

Formerly listed as Randy and Sandra's Beach House. This airy and comfortable house is situated right in front of Aposentillo Bay. Enjoy beautiful views from the patio equipped with table and chairs as well as hammocks. Get refreshed with a swim in the pool just downstairs from the patio, or take a few more steps down to the beach to splash in the waves.

The Surfing Cabin

Two story vacation beach home with full kitchen on first floor, a sleeping cabin area on the second floor with a single and a full bed and a full private bathroom. Front beach view with a ranch sitting area & a minute walk away from water. Air conditioning available for sleeping for an extra charge Parking space available.
