This is a basement apartment in the heart of Cheyenne. It has many special touches and has been completed with love. We hope you enjoy this apartment as much as we do. The ceiling height is low be aware! It is also a small 1 bedroom unit. However every part of it is designed for practicality and comfort. It comes with everything you need and we are here to help you with anything that might come up. Fenced yard and patio are shared with unit 4. Downtown Cheyenne and CFD both just blocks away.

This newly remodeled, 2 bedroom, 2 bath house has everything you need to enjoy a getaway in the heart of downtown Cheyenne. The house is located across the street from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center's Cancer Center, and one block east of the majestic Capital building and legendary Cheyenne Parade route. The spacious quarters have brand new furnishings to make your stay extra special. The house is equipped with a keyless entry and high-speed WIFI. There is also an off-street parking space.

Our one bedroom condo is located off I 25, minutes to CFD, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gas, museums and greenway bike/walking path. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. One queen sized bed, dresser, side tables and TV are in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper, desk and counter height bar stools are in the main living area. I have provided Extra linens, towels, blankets, pillow, Cleaning supplies and extra bathroom/kitchen items. The vanity is separate from the water closet.

Old Town-Captain's Quarters-Near hospital-Capitol

The basement studio called the Captain's Quarters, is a fun, small, nautical-themed apartment, that is in a triplex . It utilizes ever nook and cranny. A queen bed means you don't need to scrimp on comfort! There is a wee galley kitchen, a fold-up table, a little sitting area, an Offet (office/closet) and full, but smallish bath. Full laundry just across the hall (shared by other guests in the tri-plex) . Blocks to hospital & Capitol. bring your own technology; no TV just wi-fi.
