Double Master Unit in Gorgeous Victorian Mansion

An 1886 Victorian brick mansion, updated with modern convenience & style. This unit is a double master which spans two floors with a master suite downstairs including bath with jetted tub & shower & another master suite upstairs with jetted tub and skylighted shower. There are also two queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses. The two TV's have Netflix subscriptions and a Roku for other shows. Wireless is screaming fast. There is a private deck through french doors with a skyline view.

My condo is a two-level industrial penthouse loft with city views from every room. The home has tons of natural light and is centrally located within Denver. Enjoy spectacular views of the city skyline at night and the Rocky Mountains in the day while cooking on the outdoor gas grill located on the large furnished balcony. It has an open floor plan which includes a large gourmet kitchen with island, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, large bedroom, TV room and two full bathrooms.

Only 1.8 mi to the I-70 ramp taking you to all the outdoor activities the Rockies have to offer. This one bedroom, with a pull out, sleeps 4 comfortably. Great for entertaining with tons of natural light, outdoor BBQ, pizza oven, & dining! Solo stove for chilly nights, covered pergola for hot days, & when it all ends a claw foot tub to take a long soak in!

This is our full-time home, and while we won’t be there during your stay, please know it’s a lived-in space — not a hotel. You’ll find personal touches and signs of real life throughout.

Carousel 2 - a proven location with a proven Host

We welcome all travelers to this large 1928 converted storefront for a fun, unique stay in a great central location! This charming apartment has all the usual amenities plus a few that harken back to some of its past reincarnations. Holdovers include a letter press, a life-sized carousel horse, a metal peacock sculpture, and a golden mirror (that is 8 feet tall and 4-1/2 feet wide). A quirky mix of industrial and glam elements create a moody welcoming environment.

This studio is perfect for a short getaway. Located in a very safe and convenient area. King size bed with top quality bedding sets. Soft towels and toilet paper like you would use at home. It also comes with a small table w/ chairs, a microwave and mini fridge. Other amenities include an outdoor pool and patio areas. HOA doesn’t allow oversized vehicles, trailers or RVs in the lot. This unit isn’t suitable for children. Accommodates up to 2 adults only.

Perfect location in LoDo! Across from Commons Park, less than 5 minute walk to Union Station, numerous Downtown Denver restaurants, Highlands, 16th Street Mall, and new restaurants and coffee shops in Riverwalk. 15 minutes walk to Coors Field and Ball Arena. Park your car in our designated underground parking spot for your entire stay and enjoy the walkability and/or short Uber trips of this perfect Denver location.

Capitol Hill/Downtown Denver Condo, Cozy.

The most Cozy and Charming 1 bedroom condo in the Capital Hill district near downtown Denver. Perfect for a couple with an extra space for a guest if needed. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to downtown including the 16th street mall which features a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Also within walking distance you can find the Denver Art Museum, Denver Public Library, and the History Colorado Center.
