Velkommen til vores villalejlighed, hvor vi har kræset for detaljer og hygge. Lejligheden er indrettet på 1. sal i vores villa med plads til 3 (4) gæster. Vores familie bor i stueetagen. Lejligheden består af ét stort rum, med en lækker dobbeltseng, en sovesofa, pænt køkken, et stort badeværelse og en stor altan. Vores hus ligger i Bagsværd, 12 km fra København C, tæt på Nordsjælland. Bussen kører lige udenfor døren - 15 min. gang til S-tog - og mulighed for at parkere gratis ved fortovskant.

The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 4 units, but in my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).

Apartment close to Dyrehaven, the Sea and DTU

Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

The apartment is located in inner Copenhagen in the middle of the vibrant shopping district. The apartment is facing a courtyard, but you can still hear the rich citylife in the background. The neighboorhood is filled with cafées, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also good for a Family or 3 or 4 friends or Mom, Dad and 2 kids.

Relax in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Copenhagen. Only 10 km from Central Copenhagen. 3 minutes walk from the train station taking you to central Copenhagen in 15 minutes every 10 minutes. 10 minutes walk from the Bellevue beach and Dyrehaven with the beautiful woods and fauna and the world renowned fun fair Dyrehavsbakken. Ordrupvej is a quiet yet bustling street with shops and cafées. Free parking behind the building or round the corner of Holmegaardsvej.

Centralt beliggende i Charlottenlund ligger denne 1-vær på 42 kvm med en ugenert udsigt mod øst, over Ordrup Park. 5 min til de to hoved-indkøbsstrøg i Charll, 10 min til stationen og yderligere 15 min, så befinder du dig i centrum af Cph. Tæt på skov og strand, Charll skov, Dyrehaven etc. Sengen er 160x200 cm og er en ny Dunlopillo seng,- med en stor dobbelt dyne. PPS: Og der må naturligvis ikke ryges i min lejlighed. Enjoy your stay with good view from balcony, near to station 3 minutes to walk S train station, 1 minutes to buss stop, restaurants near to walking distance, shopping as well. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!
