NEW IN 2025: EV charger! The space is 2 bdrms, 2 full baths & living area of my upstairs. I live on the main floor. There is a divider in the front entry to keep the spaces separate. There is a separate entrance for guests. My home is across the valley from the Highlands and 1/2 mile North of Nubs Nob entrance. 10-15 min. to Harbor Springs/Petoskey. To winter guests, the hill up to the house is very steep. 4 wheel/all wheel drive is necessary. The hot tubs and pools are part of my association.

We are conveniently located for nature preserves, hiking trails, beautiful beaches, ski slopes, and Mackinaw Island. Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.

It’s a perfect home base for skiing, exploring northern Michigan, and enjoying local dining. Guests love the peaceful setting while still being close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. First Mate's Quarters @The Boat Shop - Lake Side

This studio apartment offers a stunning view of the harbor and is situated above the St James Boat Shop. It has all the conveniences of home while being close to everything you need: restaurants, stores, entertainment, and beaches. Spacious and inviting, it will make your stay wonderful. The covered deck provides a relaxing place to while away the hours with a good book and a cup of coffee.

A cozy basement ensuite with private entrance.

If you choose to book the basement En-suite. You'll have a semi private back entrance (shared with me) So I can access my garage. There are stairs down to the suite with a low header above the entrance into the suite. Generally not an issue. Once in, you'll find a kitchenette/laundry area as well as your own bathroom. The ceilings are 6ft + and generally not an issue as well.

Beautiful Boyne City, biking, boating, skiing!

Beautiful Boyne City!! This is is a lovely space with a beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix on a private deck with patio and a Weber Grill. The kitchen has a bar with dishwasher, ice maker, mini fridge, microwave and everything you need to cook. Located with a 4 minute walk to Boyne City!! Great for weekend warriors that love to ski, boat or just want to see the fall colors.
