One of the many local amenities include, the Ballyhoura mountains, perfect for hikers or keen mountain bikers.

The layout of the Snug is a studio with full Double Bed, Double Sofa Bed, Kitchenette with Sink, Gas Hob, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Fridge and Breakfast Bar and an ensuite Bathroom with Shower.

12 mins walk, 3 min drive to Main Street, this converted open plan cottage is a lovely place to stay and is child and pet friendly. Excellent train and Bus service. Lots of amenities in the town. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden. Light bright self contained stand-alone cottage that can be let as a two bedroom OR one bedroom. The tariff for 2 nights for 2 guests is 90 Euros per night. Any additional guests are charged at 25 Euros per night per guest. NB. If the booking is for 2 guests AND both bedrooms are used , ie one guest in each bedroom, the price is €95.00 per night for the cottage. Charleville is 3km away with shops restaurants and bars . No smoking or pets.

Lough Gur is also 20 minutes away. This is an ideal touring base for the Midwest, It’s on the grounds of our own house, it’s also on a dairy farm so milking can be seen by guests if requested.
