Winterbury Farm, located in Colonial Beach, is a beautiful secluded house built in the 1800's on 5 acres. Here you will find chickens roaming, a lovely garden and peaceful views. The Farm is the perfect location; just a short 10 minute drive to the golf-cart friendly town of Colonial Beach and less than 20 minutes to Dahlgren. We have beautiful state parks nearby as well as lovely wineries. The house is divided up like a duplex with the hosts living on site but it is very private.

SOUTHERN GRACE FARM

The 122 year old home, built in 1897, is mostly in it's original condition. Wifi and indoor plumbing have been added. The house is not fancy, but it's clean. Due to storm damage, some plaster was damaged and renovation is expected to begin in November 2019. Southern Grace Farm is a working horse ranch where we offer horse boarding, riding lessons, and trail rides. If you would like to participate in a trail ride while visiting us, please let us know. There is an additional fee.
