Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). The suite boasts a vintage style tub, record player, faux fireplace, Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge, 55 inch smart t.v, table/chairs, antique tea table.

The Canyon Cabin

Independent, fully furnished with everything one to two people could need to have a relaxing retreat and enjoy the peaceful canyon views, nearby hiking trails, and escape the business of LA. You will have full access to the entire cabin, including front wrap-around porch, back patio, and yard. Full indoor bath as well as an outdoor clawfoot bathtub allows you to enjoy a relaxing soak with a view.
