Great location in downtown Frederick, with parking on premises! Private first floor apartment in historic district, carefully maintained by owner. House has historic charm, located on the edge of Frederick's historic downtown and very close to Frederick Memorial Hospital. The 1920s Farmhouse on 10 wooded acres on Willoughby Run directly across the street from the Herbst Woods where the first day's infantry battle occurred on July 1st, 1863. It is hard to get much closer, with less than a 2 minute drive to the battlefield and a 4 minute drive to historic downtown Gettysburg.
