Rowington is a small village with a pub/restaurant within a stones throw of the property. Nearby is the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal with many walks to a variety of great pubs and restaurants. Located conveniently for Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, NEC, and Birmingham. The property is furnished to a high standard.

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm

The Water Tower at Long Meadow Farm, sits on the edge of an orchard and has spectacular views across the Warwickshire countryside. It has been converted into comfortable accommodation sleeping 4 in two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Every attempt has been made to preserve the original components of the water tower . The construction company responsible for the conversion won a Federation of Master Builders regional award for the work. Described in the Daily Telegraph of 29 June 2019.
