Ήσυχο μέρος καταπράσινο. Ο ξενώνας είναι μέρος της οικίας μας με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο. Αποτελείται από 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 μπάνιο, μεγάλη κουζίνα, χολ και δύο βεράντες. Είμαστε ζωγράφοι - αγιογράφοι και αγαπάμε την χειροτεχνία και την φύση. Σε 20 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο πολλές επιλογές για θάλασσα. Κοντά σε supermarket, ταβέρνες , καφέ, πολύ κοντά στο Αυλωνάρι. Στα 300μ στάση ΚΤΕΛ. Για μεγαλύτερες διαμονές αλλάζουμε πετσέτες, σεντόνια και καθαρίζουμε τον χώρο χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση.

Also 1 hour from the centre of Athens, and only 100km from Athens International Airport. My place is good for families, couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

This quiet independent studio is snug and self contained, located in the gated courtyard of a privately owned small block of flats and just a three minute walk from the train station, which commutes to the center of Athens in only 25 minutes, located right across a super-Market and coffee shops. Kifissia is a beautiful green up-scale suburb of Athens, with high and low-end shopping, restaurants, cafes and trendy bars for all tastes.

Μονόχωρο studio 35τ.μ. με διπλό κρεβάτι. Θέα από το όρος Βελιά ως τον Ερύμανθο και την πόλη Καλαβρύτων. Πρόσβαση στον 3ο όροφο μέσω εξωτερικής πέτρινης σκάλας. Αυτόνομη θέρμανση, πέτρινο τζάκι, μίνι ψυγείο και ηλεκτρικό μάτι για ροφήματα. Η σοφίτα διαθέτει εμφανή ξύλινη οροφή. Δεν διαθέτει μπαλκόνι, αλλά υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστα μπαλκόνια και αυλή. Ξύλα για το τζάκι παρέχονται κατόπιν συνεννόησης. Ψήσιμο στο τζάκι δεν επιτρέπεται.
