Nestled within six acres of beautiful woodlands right along the Grand River, time seems to pause, allowing us to share precious moments that foster deeper connections and create lasting memories at Tree Vistas. Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge and includes an 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Enjoy staying in a stylish apartment that’s walking distance to downtown Rockford, the Rockford dam and only 5 minutes to the highway! Apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides extreme privacy and access to nature.

This immaculate cottage is only 25 minutes from Greenville and 35-45 minutes from Grand Rapids and Rockford.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 Bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer on site. Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location. I have a ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door for safety.
