This cottage includes a spacious backyard for your pup to roam that backs up to hundreds of acres of nature and open space.

This is an attached studio, one block from beach and very spacious. The house upstairs is our home/rental (so expect some noise). Room is a converted workshop, so it's a little industrial but we have done a lot of work to fix it up pretty cute. Wide open space. Space heater included. Use of fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water heater but otherwise no 'kitchen'. Bathroom w/ shower, toilet & sink.
