The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. A pier view deck with glass windscreen is perfect for al fresco dining or lounging in the sunshine. Master bedroom has a private bathroom with a steam shower. The living area features a gas fireplace and of course there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The kitchen is well equipped with top quality equipment and a beautiful view.

This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.
