We care about environment and we add 12 solar panels to provide solar energy in all the property during day time. We also have a rain water vat that allowed us to use rain water when rain season is in with a shift to city water in case of no rain.

BBQ grill & picnic tables in the yard which is shared with us and any other guests. We have five rentals on our property. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

This cute studio is in the village so close to everything. It has a full kitchen, AC, ocean view, Wi Fi, TV with Netflix and complimentary bikes and kayaks. The studio is the ground floor of 2 story house, so you must be an animal lover, as dogs and cats also use the yard and upstairs house.
