Room w/ private bathroom in City Centre Apartment
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ALSO MY HOME WHERE I LIVE SO I WILL BE HERE DURING GUEST STAYS. LOCATION The apartment is located in the city centre, right in the heart of Belfast’s historic docklands, known locally as Sailortown. Less than a ten minute walk will take you into the vibrant Cathedral Quarter, which hosts an array of charming and popular bars full of character, many restaurants, a range of arts and cultural venues, such as the MAC theatre, as well as Belfast’s gay bars and clubs. A further five minute walk will take you to Belfast City Hall as well as Victoria Square Shopping Centre, and St George's market. A short stroll from the apartment across the river Lagan will take you to all the Titanic attractions, including the new visitor centre, the SS Nomadic as well as the original dry dock where the ship was built. All of Belfast’s main music and concert venues – the Odyssey arena, Waterfront Hall, Ulster Hall and Grand Opera House – are all within a 10-20 minute walk. Conveniently, there is a large Tesco superstore within a 5 minute walk. BEDROOM / BATHROOM The room is comfortable and cozy, containing a standard double bed, a desk and a built-in wardrobe for your use. You will have the sole use of a private bathroom which is beside the bedroom. Although it’s not en-suite, it will be completely yours, as I have my own bathroom which I always use. Towels are provided, of course, and a hairdryer. APARTMENT This is my home and I live here. You will have use of facilities and amenities, which includes free WiFi, fridge, iron etc. Guests have limited access to the kitchen area where they can make tea, coffee and prepare light meals using the microwave, although cooking is not permitted. This is my home and it has a small combined living space and kitchen, and so it's not suitable for guests who are hoping to have access to a living space to relax or watch TV etc. So please don't make a booking if you wold prefer to have access to a living room. BREAKFAST Breakfast is not provided, although you are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare your own breakfast. PARKING There is on site parking available. ME I always try to meet new guests on arrival and answer any questions you have as well as offering some advice on what to do in Belfast. I've lived in Belfast all my life – it’s a wonderful city and you will not be disappointed as there’s so much to do. Please do get in touch with me in advance of your stay if you would like some advice or help with making arrangements or bookings. CHECKING IN AND OUT Earliest check-in is from 2pm, but if you need an earlier check-in, please ask me and I will accommodate this if possible. Cosy 2 bedroom Coach House
The Coach House was built circa 1900 and consisted of a stable, housing for a coach and a hay loft above. After a variety of different uses over the years, we made the decision to extend and renovate the original buildings to create a two bedroomed dwelling. Situated at the foot of Cave Hill Country Park and Belfast Castle with its beautiful walks and stunning views over the city and Belfast Lough. Only 10 minutes from Belfast City Centre with great transport links on your doorstep. George Best City Airport is only a 10-minute drive and 20 minutes from Belfast International Airport. The property is adjacent to Fortwilliam golf club and Belfast Zoo is only a 5-minute drive away. The roads to the North coast are easily accessible from the location. THE SPACE Detached Self-contained Coach House with large open plan kitchen and living area. This opens out to a large patio area via bi-fold doors with a gas fire pit to enjoy those chilly evenings. The living room is equipped with two settees, comfortable armchair, coffee table and a gas stove which creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. For your entertainment there is a smart TV with Netflix subscription and complimentary hi- speed wi-fi. Kitchen There is a full equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and washer drier. Downstairs Toilet Includes a toilet and wash hand basin for your convenience. Bedroom The main bedroom has a premium King size bed, chest of drawers, desk/dressing table, hair drier, full-length mirror, USB charging points and clothes hanging rail. The room has lovely views of the Cave hill and adjacent golf course. Bedroom 2 Equipped with two single beds (which can be converted to a Super King if required), chest of drawers, desk/dressing table, full length mirror, USB charging points and clothes hanging rail. Views of Cavehill and adjacent golf course. Main Bathroom Consists of, toilet, wash hand basin and a shower bath. The Coach House is kept cosy with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators on the first floor. Instant hot water is readily available throughout. Your safety is protected through-out with integrated smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and an Automist fire sprinkler system.

Nestled at the foot of Cavehill, overlooking the stunning views of Belfast city this gated luxurious apartment is the perfect hidden getaway. You can unwind in the hot tub & plunge pool on the private balcony as you watch the vibrant city lights, or you can take a scenic stroll over the Cavehill to visit Belfast Castle and Napoleon's nose- both are on your doorstep! You are also just 10 minutes from Belfast city centre where you can enjoy all the sights, shopping and dining Belfast has to offer.

Sitting between two worlds.. Close to the city with good transport access yet quiet and a great base for those coastal trips. From here,you can avoid the city traffic at the start of your trip. Two double bedrooms, large extended kitchen, gas heating and cooking and a lovely outdoor space. Excellent Wifi too.

The beach is a 5 minute drive, Belfast Zoo is 2 min, city airport is 10 minutes, international airport is 25mins. Free parking available on site.

The apartment itself is a spacious two-bedroom ground floor apartment with wheel-chair access, close to Belfast castle, Belfast Zoo and Cavehill country park. This is a quiet residential area so it would NOT be adequate for lively guests - STRICT NO PARTIES OR EVENTS POLICY.
