Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Our cozy house in the center of Nixa. It is located between Branson & Springfield. We are walking distance to the center of Nixa. We hope you enjoy this clean and comfy home as much as we did. Fireplace is decorative only. We are not the hosts that “pop in,” however we are only a message away. We have a ring camera that records externally only By booking or staying with us, you (and others in your party)agree to financially indemnify us for any incidents or accidents that may occur.

Unit A has a master bedroom with king size bed and sofa, loft bedroom with a full size bed and there is a full size pull out bed in the living room sectional sofa. Just recently added Satellite TV. This is one of two units located in the same building. 15 min drive to wedding venues in Highlandville Mo, Republic Mo, Clever Mo. Short drive to Branson Mo or Springfield Mo. Owner lives on site not with you.

A laundry room is a shared area, but we work hard to limit use while guests are here.
