Die italienische Grenze ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar und in 500 m Entfernung lädt die Schiffsanlegestelle für Ausflüge nach Ascona oder Locarno ein. Die unterschiedlichen Aussenplätze wie Pergola, gedeckte Terrasse oder Sonnenterrasse ermöglichen eine Erholung für jeden Geschmack.

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
