It’s a 600 sqft. studio with private bathroom, entrance, and patio in fenced yard. Queen bed and futon. It includes a 60 video game table, a Billiards/ping pong table, cooktop and supplies. Hulu/Netflix: mini-fridge, Keurig, microwave, air fryer, dishes, and utensils, free Wi-Fi, and an individual AC. Pool is NOT heated. AZ TPT license #21483436

Come enjoy a stay at this stylish historic Adobe in the heart of downtown Tucson. The location is so advantageous to all of what Tucson’s downtown area has to offer: coffee shops, breakfast joints, restaurants, bars, music venues, art, etc. The unit is one half of a duplex which was built sometime around 1905. The original shotgun apartment has been beautifully revitalized with Mexican tile that accentuates its charming character and acacia wood floors that help blend the old with the new.
