Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

Relax with your loved ones at this peaceful 2-bedroom, 1-bath beach cottage in the beautiful town of Summerland! Enjoy our beautiful beach view and sunsets from our home by taking advantage of our lovely 6,000 sq ft terraced backyard. Oak & Avo RV-Carpinteria Foothills Mountain View

This converted RV is nestled in the back of our property, and is fully fenced and private. It really feels like it's own space. The RV hosts a king-sized bed, full kitchen and seating area. Outside is the shower (private, but also open to the air) and WC which are adjacent on the patio. We are pet friendly, however there is a pet fee of $20 per pet per night.

Enjoy the abundance of restaurants within walking distance and take a stroll to Butterfly Beach (less than a mile from the studio).
