Our studio is located in Carmel, less than a mile from the town center. The house faces out over Hatton Canyon and affords a private rural setting yet close to Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Monterey, etc. 15 Minute walk to Carmel downtown. A hub to explore Big Sur and all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Due to certain regulatory changes regarding minimum stay, the dates you are requesting may not be available. While we prefer longer stays, do make an inquiry to us about the dates you want.

Fairytale Cottage on Ocean Avenue, Downtown Carmel

Sades Loft is located in a fairytale cottage in the heart of downtown Carmel-By-The-Sea. The upstairs loft has its own private entry on Ocean Avenue. Open your front door and explore downtown Carmel or take a 10 minute stroll down to the beach. Once a VIP room where Hollywood & local legends gathered late into the night, today, the Loft is a relaxing spot where you can listen to soft music from the restaurant below or watch passerby's buying old fashioned candy from the Cottage of Sweets.

Our cool and comfortable guest studio has a separate entrance. It is just 1-2 miles from Carmel beach and Carmel by the Sea restaurants and wine tasting rooms. It comfortably accommodates two. It has a king size bed and a small kitchenette with a microwave, wine refrigerator and coffee pot. It is located close to downtown Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach, Point Lobos and Big Sur. Enjoy nature and hiking at beautiful mission trail only 1/4 mile away. Point lobos 2 miles away.

Carmel Guesthouse. Perfect.

Our peaceful treehouse is the ideal spot to relax while staying in beautiful Carmel. It is close to everything : white sand beaches, downtown Carmel by the Sea, Pebble Beach, the Carmel Mission...Carmel Valley, Monterey and beautiful Big Sur.... Also short walk to 4 PICKLEBALL COURTS (just far enough away so we don't hear the noise). We are unable to host assistance animals due to being highly allergic to pet dander and this causes my immune system to be compromised.

The Little Green Guest Suite is an attached but completely private two room apartment located in the Mission Fields neighborhood of Carmel. Walk through the quiet streets and visit the local shops and restaurants of Crossroads Center and the Barnyard in just a few minutes. Or get out and explore the local beaches and hikes of the area. This spot is perfect for a beach getaway, or work from home hub for a solo explorer, couple, or a small family in beautiful Carmel.

This ground floor condo is in a superb location just steps to Ocean Avenue with its world class restaurants, shopping, and white sand beaches. There is one off street designated parking spot ideal for a compact car. The bedroom has a queen bed and petite walk in closet. The bathroom, accessed through the bedroom, boasts a roomy corner shower. Carmel Belle awaits your visit!

Fancy-Free by the Sea

Petite but sweet studio built by our grandfather, Chaz, in 1940. It is one of four units formerly known as Piney Woods Lodge, where our grandparents welcomed travelers for years. We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.

Just steps from the beach, shopping and all of the wonderful restaurants Carmel-by-the-Sea has to offer. *noises from the tasting room, such as music and conversation, can be heard during business hours.
