Carmarthen Town

This cosy, clean recently refurbished house is nestled in the market town of Carmarthen. Carmarthen is steeped in history and claims to be the oldest town in Wales. A 5 minute walk down hill will find you in the town centre where there are plenty of places to eat and relax. Take a leisurely stroll down the river Towy or visit the array of shops from local market stalls to high street outlets. By car we are only 10 mins from National Botanic Garden of Wales and around 30 min from the beautiful sea side town of Tenby. Located on a residential street, and although no allocated parking there is always room to park directly outside on the not so busy road. As you walk through the front door; to your left is the spacious kitchen with dining table, easily seating four people. There’s an electric fan oven and hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. Coffee machine, toaster and kettle. We have included everything you would need if you were staying two nights or longer. The living room is a comfortable and pleasant space to relax in, with a 40” smart flat screen tv. Stairs from the living room lead to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger bedroom is a very spacious modern space with a double bed, open wardrobe and mirror on the wall. Plenty of room for any additional items such as a cot, even an extra person if arranged! The second bedroom is made up as a twin, again modern and with a cosy feel. Includes open wardrobe and mirror on wall. We also have super fast fibre optic broadband.

Quaint cottage, Main Street Llandeilo.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. New listing from an experienced host, lovely old market town of Llandeilo. Perfect location to train station and town. Would accommodate two couples or a family as the main bedrooms super king bed can split into 2 single beds. Accept well behaved dogs that stay downstairs and off furniture. A relaxing and peaceful home right on the beach in Llansteffan with access to local amenities, the All Wales Coastal Path, rural walks and for exploring our 11th century Norman castle with commanding views all round. The house sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms, 2 with fabulous sea views, 3rd has choice of 2 twin or 1 superking bed, bathroom with centre full bath and large shower, fully equipped kitchen and cosy but bright living area with (velvet feel) chesterfield sofas External patio area with seating

Charming Converted Stable+log stove by stonecircle

Trallwyn Bach Cottage Studio is full of charm+character, it is small+has a small kitchen+living area+very small shower room+cave bed overlooking the moors~sheep+wild ponies grazing. It was once a stable for 1 horse! It has a woodburner+electric heating+views to the moor, with sheep+wild ponies grazing+is close to Gors Fawr stonecircle-the same era as Stonehenge. Ideal for a retreat, romantic break+for walkers. Bach is wifi free atm, however you can get onto wifi in the garden behind the cottage.

The old workshop

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The old workshop is perfectly located for exploring the cardigan bay coastline, or the Cambrian mountains (Newquay beach is 13 miles away, and Lampeter town 6 miles away). There is also a mill pond and 180 acres of private land to access freely from your doorstep. There are no main roads in sight and the peacefulness and lack of noise is bliss. There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

Betty's Cottage - Beautiful, rural valley.

Relax in a beautiful, detached, cosy stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley where nature is thriving. Rustic & comfortable . The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are dog friendly and are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle & explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's & is a traditional, stone cottage.

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.
