Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

We created a beautiful space that's great for wedding weekends, family reunions, cedar point trips, and any kind of friends and family get together. We are very close to Oberlin College & Valley of the Eagle Country club making it the perfect home for family gatherings coming in to celebrate!
