This light filled loft has all the luxury feel of a Downtown Chicago loft with 10 foot ceilings, large windows and exposed brick! This loft is a brand new space set in a historic building that was originally a hotel in 1839, then barracks used for the civil war in 1862. Amazing history!

The original hayloft doors, long ago bricked in on the south wall of the apartment, have been delicately reproduced.
