Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

River House Cabin Rentals

Cabin is located on the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. ITS 88 can be accessed from this property. Sledding / ATV riding right from the cabin. 4 miles to Caribou and 6 miles to Presque Isle. You’ll love this cabin because of the outdoors and the view of the river. Perfect private getaway. Secluded, yet close to shopping and other venues. Great for couples, outdoors enthusiasts, hunters, fisherman, business travelers, or vacationers. We can even stock the cupboards and fridge for you.

This cozy a-frame cabin is situated on Meadow Brook and directly beside Mactaquac Provincial Park. This tiny concept a-frame has everything you need, with a beautifully modern kitchen, dining table, sofa, queen bedroom and a stunning bathroom with custom tile shower. Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in!
