The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. World Class Views: Proposal Rock Ocean Front Condo

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Surf Cottage • Monthly Available For Off Season

Be in the heart of town, but enjoy a private road (no street parking for non residents/guests). Flat cement parking slab for your friends with campers/RV. Cottage heated by a wood burning stove - so cozy. Some art decor may be different upon arrival than photos. Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $3,000 per month starting November 16 or December 1 - June 30. All utilities / landscaping included. Beaver Creek Cabin is a modern cabin designed to bring the outdoors inside. It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto. Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.

The Edgewater Cottage #6

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.
