The RV is located in our backyard. Just minutes away from the #4 Hwy on route to the West Coast locations of Tofino and Ucluelet only 1:40min away. It is close to Sprout Lake , local hiking trails, great fishing & whale watching. It is a private 25 foot 5th wheel with a queen size bed & single sofa bed. Wi-Fi, bathroom with a shower, kitchen is equipped with cutlery, cups, dishes, pots & pans. We work hard to provide a relaxing enjoyable space where guest can feel welcome & at home.

Meet Arlo, a 1972 Streamline Trailer, located 5 minutes from the ferry, tucked in below hundred-year-old Cedars on the Sunshine Coast! Arlo is a part of the Tin Can Ranch Collective, and was lovingly renovated in 2022. Follow us @arloattheranch✨ Arlo's interior is a PNW take on Desert Living, with a lounge area, small kitchenette, and bedroom (the bathroom building is detached!) Outside she's all PNW! A fire pit, hot tub, hammock, outdoor cooking space, and lawn games!

You will also find a custom made wood fired hot tub steps away from the door. Downtown Nelson is a 5 minute drive and 20 minutes to Whitewater Ski Resort.

Our property is located only a quick 5 minute walk to Frolander Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive to the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal. This space is perfect for getting the camping feel without any of the hassle of packing up all of your own camping supplies!
