Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of water side lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. Charming 1800 sq. ft. house from 1923 in the quiet community of Isaac's Harbour boasts ocean frontage. Peace & tranquility will welcome those desiring an idyllic, serene get-away. Includes 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, living room, sun-room & outdoor spaces. It's truly a remote get-away with little noise, few neighbours, but also no large stores nearby. Make sure you bring provisions for your stay! There is a small store about 15 mins. away. The best large grocery shopping etc. is 70 kms away.

People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay - 15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown - the views from this property are amazing. (Great wifi too for those working remotely:)

Nearby towns offer easy access to all the necessities.

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Grantham House was once a bustling community hub as the local post office and general store, and beginning in the 1920's, a favoured summer stop of the Union Steamships Company. This unique studio suite, named after the Lady Cecilia steamship that once docked here, offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of Keats Island and oceanfront access.
