The loft rests directly across from the ocean with a direct view of the Quadra Island lighthouse. We built this vacation rental to host wedding parties, professionals, international guests, project workers, and visiting families.

This is a very cozy, clean, private, one bedroom basement suite. Please note, the ceilings/beams are lower in some areas. The lounging area is spacious and relaxing. Within walking distance to everything downtown, Quadra Island, walking/biking trails, even the whale watching outfitters. 45 mins drive to the chalet on Mt Washington or the cabins in Strathcona Park. An optimum place to make as a base and check out the surrounding areas. Laundry available if notified ahead of time.

Welcome to our cozy suite with beautiful views of Quadra Island and the coastal mountains. Located centrally in Campbell River, we are the perfect launching spot for all of your adventures. Please note that the suite is in the lower part of our house and is only accessible by a steep set of stairs. We ask that you restrict your noise between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
