Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Although the home is in the center of Three Rivers (you can even walk to the candy store and the Riverview), it totally feels secluded, since it is located on a private road. The bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed.

We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

Cozy Sequoia Cabin Camp Nelson

Relax, unwind, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains in this cozy cabin. With a large deck for BBQ'ing and amazing windows showcasing Slate Mountain, you'll find yourself not wanting to leave the cabin. But- while you're here, a couple musts are: fishing the Tule River, hiking Dome Rock, the Needles Trail, and playing a game of pool with the locals at the Tavern down the road. Another must is seeing the Giant Sequoias at the Trail of 100 Giants. We are not near the National Parks.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Now we would love to share our 5-acre farm with you!

There are excellent amenities: the beautiful country kitchen with dining both inside on the view deck; the very comfortable beds; the beautiful private courtyard with hot tub, patio table and patio lighting. The private hot tub is a favorite in the evening after hiking all day. If you're musical, enjoy an evening of piano/guitar recitals; or movies from a vast DVD collection, or grab a book.
