My place is close to Rye & the beaches of Camber Sands & Winchelsea. October-March late checkout on Sundays (4pm), midweek stays enjoy a discounted rate. It is a perfect spot to unwind combining beautiful countryside with sea air and amazing views from the private garden and terrace of the English Channel. Saltwater Cottage is situated less than 5 mins walk from the stunning dunes of Camber Sands. This modern house is beautifully furnished in a vintage contemporary style and offers all home comforts including a wood burner (gas fired). With 2 spacious double/twin bedrooms (one en suite) and a cosy bunk bedroom, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy this lovely part of the world. As well as one of the best beaches in the UK on your doorstep, the stunning town of Rye is a short drive away.

Pebbles is a place to relax and unwind, situated in a private annexe at our home in Pett Level. You’ll be only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. Pebbles has a lounge overlooking the garden, double bedroom, wet room and a fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

Castle Cottage, Wadhurst

Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Welcome to Beach Boutique — a lovely, dog-friendly little hideaway a 5-minute wander from Camber Sands’ dunes (and all that big-sky beach magic). It’s a cosy 2-bed that’s spot-on for couples or small families, with a properly equipped kitchen, enclosed garden for pups, Sky TV, superfast WiFi, and a crackling fireplace for post-beach cosiness. It’s the kind of place that works just as well for windswept winter weekends as it does for sunny summer breaks.

Lavender Cottage was built in 1836 and is bursting with charm. With its perfectly central location, you are within a few minutes stroll from all the cafes, award-winning restaurants and shops Canterbury has to offer, all whilst being tucked down a quaint side street by the river. Enjoy the views of the Cathedral as you step out the door, plan a trip to The Marlowe Theatre or go punting along the River Stour, all of which are on the doorstep.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
