Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
