All wheel drive will be necessary for driveway ONLY during winter season. Coffee and a breakfast starter kit will be supplied. Includes yogurt, granola, fruit, baked item on one morning of stay. Small fridge, kettle are in the suite.

The best central location, and you can leave the vehicle at the backyard! It is a two bedroom basement apartment. The town of Banff allows us to host up to 5 people. We do NOT have an air-conditioner as we live in western Canada in the Mountains typical cooler nights.
