It’s a private guest house with chic modern vibe, the capiz unit that give a touch of our cultural identity with center attraction that will surely be enticing. The Palochina unit a modern rustic that has wooden ceiling with a layer of patterns to add a modern flair and neutral tones giving the whole space a warm and inviting feel. It has its amenities such as fire place, gazebo, roof deck and swimming pool with events place that our guests will surely enjoy with its cozy and homey ambiance.

Enjoy a relaxing break with family and friends at Villa Naranja. Each luxury villa is a fully equipped home away from home, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and dining/kitchen, accommodating up to 12 guests. Villas have a view of the shared pool. We are located a short walk (300m) from the stunning Saud Beach, rated amongst the world’s 25 best beaches by US Travel+Leisure magazine. Restaurants and eateries can be found nearby, or you can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

Petronila (Glass room with Garden View)

Petronila room gives an overlooking view of the garden. You wake up with the sound of the birds, and you sleep with the beautiful noise of the insects making you feel the farm set-up. We have a spa in the farm, a cafe where you can have your coffee and a farmer’s breakfast The rooms have AC, a fibr wifi, a decent hot shower. Also an ample space for parking. But what we really have is the farm experience: Peaceful, hopeful, and grateful of another day to live.

Beach house in Baler (beachfront location)

Please indicate total number of people because rates vary. AC rooms have their own bathrooms with hot/cold shower. There is a functional kitchen with basic condiments, and a spacious living area. Wifi is via Starlink. A standby generator is available for power outages (but not for ACs). Booked guests can use the resort's pool and amenities. Pets allowed (with requirements). Note: For bookings of 2 people or less, only 1 room be be opened.

Our beach front house is located right in Sabang Beach Baler. We have our own private swimming pool. The house is only a short walk to major restaurants and hotels in the area. It comfortably fits ten people and is perfect for big groups. We also have a karaoke machine for guests to use.
