Nestled in a quiet wooded valley on a field in Midwales you will find The Old Grain Store Wales. It has been renovated to a high standard, we have added lots of luxurious touches too. You can soak away your stresses in the private hot tub, enjoy a BBQ or toasting smores on the fire pit, which is situated on the bridge over the brook, enjoy reading a book in the king size bed with gorgeous views or relax on the sofa and watch the TV. We have a king size bed, double sofa bed and 1 single sofa bed.

Light a fire and get lazy, chill out in the hottub, star-gaze at the incredible night skies, or just take in the majestic Pen y Fan as you plan (or recover from) your ascent.

200 year old Gardener's cottage, Mid Wales

Dan y Coed means 'under the trees'. Our cottage has nestled under the wooded hillside of Tan yr Allt for 200 years. The cottage is on the outskirts of Llanidloes, a 10 minute walk to town. We pride ourselves on guest satisfaction and the cottage is equipped to a high standard. We welcome all people and well behaved pets (downstairs). Come, enjoy the opportunity to walk, cycle, sail, fish or just relax. We are eco friendly in every way possible. Caring for the planet and guests a top priority.

A pretty shepherds hut sleeping 2, plus 2 well behaved pets. It has a kitchenette with hob, microwave/oven, fridge, kettle, toaster & smart TV, there’s shower room has a flushing WC. There is a double bed for an early night after a day in the fresh air. Or slide yourselves into the private wood fired hot tub for a relaxing evening under the stars, with a glass of bubbly. There is complimentary wood for the first heat up of the hot tub ready for your arrival. Further wood can be bought on site.

We have numerous walks on our doorstep, a 3 minute stroll to the River Severn and are a stone's throw from Llandinam Gravels Nature Reserve. We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen, king size bed and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday. The Elan Valley, Red Kite Feeding Centre & local amenities of Rhayader & Llandrindod are a short drive away. The village has a friendly pub & is a central location to explore the iconic mountains & beautiful beaches that Wales has to offer. A perfect choice to unwind.

A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.
