The cabin itself is small & manageable and the cathedral ceiling, open floor plan, & numerous windows give it a light, open feel. My family originally stayed at Hidden Bay as renters and we liked it so much we bought it & kept the name! Newer construction open concept cabin on 18 wooded acres. Cabin has full kitchen, one bath, washer & dryer & sleeps 8 in two bedrooms and a loft. Located waterfront on Carpenter Creek flowage with access to Soo Lake. Two sit-on kayaks and one canoe available for guest use. Property has direct access to ATV/snowmobile trails. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Whether you want to fish, kayak, hit the trails or just relax, this cabin is perfectly located with something for everyone.

Seeley Oaks A-Frame | Secluded Retreat on 40 Acres

This is a cabin-in-the-woods experience! The Seeley Oaks A-Frame is our slice of the peaceful Northwoods experience. It's on 40 private, tranquil acres (no neighbors!) with great access to all the Hayward-Cable area has to offer. It's small - intended for two adults, with the option of 2 addtl kids. We fell in love with Hayward for the same reason so many people do: the lakes, the quiet, the slower pace, and how easy it is to feel connected to nature. The Cabin for Two sits at the end of a private road on a small wilderness lake, surrounded by county forest. Wildlife is part of daily life here. Loons call across the water, swans and other waterfowl pass through, and deer regularly move through the yard. In the warmer months, bears occasionally travel through the area.
