Lovely little self contained, heated studio cabin with double bed and en-suite shower room. This is a completely private space within our garden, but separate from our house. You have your own private entrance through the side gate and a little outdoor space to sit. Flexible work/dining space with a folding table which you can leave up or put down to make more room. We have decorated our cosy cabin with retro and vintage finds we have acquired over the years, with a quirky, clashing style :)

There is a fantastic kitchen, beautiful decked area for outside entertaining, and finally a bubbling hot tub from where to enjoy the views.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Set in 6 acres of our family home overlooking the beautiful Norfolk countryside, We are dog friendly with a separate exercise field. There are lots of footpaths directly from the site and very popular roads for cyclists or just relax and unwind in our hot tub. With the city of Norwich only 15 miles with it castle or the market towns of Wymondham and Diss there’s lots to visit in the area. The village pub is just a 10 min walk

The Cabin Millers Meadow

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in 4.5 Acres of Pakenham wildflower Meadow owned by Artists Steve and Jackie Manning. The Cabin Boasts extensive views of not only many Topiaries and sculptures but it also over looks Mickle Mere Nature Reserve and Pakenham Watermill. It is very secluded and is a solitary Cabin on the wildflower meadow. With access to the stream. Barbeque for outside evenings under the stars. We also have several roaming Goats and Chickens etc.

Lake View is a beautiful cottage, converted from stables in 2010. Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders, it stands within our grounds (KILN FARM) of 4.1/2 acres with the Mary Ley Line running through (ancient energy pathways). Free range chickens with fresh eggs, home made bread on request. Carp lake, games rooms (pool table with £1 slot for game) table tennis, darts and golf chipping green. (golf clubs supplied). The cottage is for 4 guests. 1 Double bedroom and twin room.

The Lodge at the Old Pump House

Relax and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway in the grounds of the historic Old Pump House, next to the River Great Ouse in rural Norfolk. The Lodge is situated 10 minutes from the market town of Downham Market, twenty minutes from Kings Lynn and the beautiful town of Ely or an hour from the North Norfolk coast and Cambridge. Squirrel and Woodpecker are two self catering purpose built holiday lodges set in 4 acres of private ground (if Squirrel isn't available, please check Woodpecker). Each lodge will sleep a maximum of 2 guests using the double bed. Each lodge has it's own private patio/alfresco dining area and allocated parking space. Situated a few miles outside of the town of Ipswich in the rural village of Coddenham it's the ideal venue for a well earned holiday/break.

Direct access to 6,000 acres of the Kings Forest from your doorstep and more beyond.

The Cart Lodge

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi.

The Cabin in Sandon Hertfordshire

This light and airy cabin set in rural Hertfordshire is the perfect spot to relax. It's a romantic getaway for a couple, comfortable for a couple with two children. We are close to wedding venues Sandon Manor (1.5m) Milling Barn, (5m) The Barn at Alswick (6m) and South Farm wedding venues. We also have another self-contained Airbnb on site, Two&aHalf Flint Cottages, should you need more sleeping space. This needs to be booked separately.
