The house is a five minute walk into town, where you can jump on a free shuttle bus to the famous Newmarket racecourse. The house is clean and modern but still feels homely. Horses can often be seen in the neighbouring Martin Smith Racing paddock from the bedroom windows.

Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. Parking is free for your entire stay, 7 days a week.
