It offers clean linens, towels and toiletries as well as coffee and tea and basics for your stay. The ceilings are only about 7ft high so that’s a fair warning for tall people! Located on the ‘cusp’ of the East end and Downtown, it’s on a bus route and is walking distance to all major amenities, walking trails and only 9 min from the airport.

Historic sites like Signal Hill and Cape Spear light house and Fort Amherst are just a short drive away. Just down the hill is the beginning of the expansive East Coast trail for the hikers out there. The location is minutes away from both the center city and the highway to parts unexplored. Close to the St. Claire's Hospital, gas station, and a 24 hour grocery. We prefer no children.

Churchill square is literally adjacent in my backyard with plenty of parks, walking trails, grocery stores, MUN, hospitals, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown all within walking distance. The property is on a quiet street in the middle of a busy area. The area is locally known as the 'golden triangle'.
