Suite in Georgetown East Village

The parking permit is available upon request. If two guests need second bed it must be requested for a onetime $40 fee. No cleaning fee. No parties. Live like a Georgetown residents/our guests. This is the entire third floor (NOT entire place) of GT townhouse with bedroom, living room and bathroom. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village. No bikes!!

Located in the family neighborhood of Glover Park, apartment is a 0.6 mile walk to Medstar Georgetown Hospital and Georgetown University's campus, through a scenic forest trail used by many students and professionals. A 0.6 mile from 24 hour grocery, 24 hour drugstore (CVS) and take-out food. The apartment has no television. A gentle place within the nation's capital.

The suite private entrance opens onto the back garden at our rowhouse in Burleith, a lovely and tranquil neighborhood. It is 3.5 blocks from Safeway, Starbucks, shops, restaurants; a 10-minute walk to M Street; 15-minute to Dupont; and a short cab ride to downtown. Small Pets Welcomed!

Walk to Georgetown - Glover Park Guest Suite

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.
