Located in Winfield's College Hill neighborhood, the first floor apartment is walking distance to Southwestern College, Grace Methodist Church, and College Hill Coffee, and a short drive everywhere else in town. Quiet country stay on 10 acres, with 300+ acres of farmland behind. Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.
