Welcome to our light filled but cosy home; inside the main house is a downstairs toilet before the living room with a big corner sofa, projector, and wood burner. Upstairs: bathroom with rainfall shower, bath and double sink. Two bedrooms- 160x200cm bed in one, and a pullout sofa bed in the other with a WFH space. In the enclosed garden is the best, quiet WFH space. At the bottom of the garden is third bedroom- separate from main house. Located near the sea and 20min bus from city centre.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Vi hyr ut för både dagar och veckor. Vid längre perioder kan priset diskuteras, alltid med flexibilitet.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Möjlighet till morgondopp i havet 150 m bort via en mysig liten promenadstig. Lomma beach eller bad från bryggor, all service och välrenomerade matställen som Slaktaren och Lomma glassfabrik på gångaavstånd. Vill man besöka Köpenhamn och Tivoli så är det bara en tågresa bort. Ladda bilen med solenergi.
