It is located at a mom and pop boat yard, which is quite different from a fancy marina. Work happens here. Metal is welded here. Engines are torn apart and put back together here. THE GARDEN STUDIO is located on the ground level from the patio through private French doors. It sleeps three with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. It includes a full kitchenette, dining table, seating area, and a private bathroom with a step-in shower made of Italian tile. Not appropriate for small children. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOST MOUNTAIN BIKERS.
