In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Enjoy the enchanting shower in the bathroom before heading out to discover the city. With Wi-Fi, AC, and a washer dryer combo machine, your stay will be convenient and stress-free.

1 Bedroom Shed in Country Perfect for Crane Season

Crane season hot spot! The apartment is located inside a newly constructed shed. It has one bedroom, one bath (shower only, no tub), and a large living room and kitchen with all appliances (no dishwasher). A private pond is located in the pasture outside of the shed for quiet nights relaxing and fishing. It is the perfect setting for nature and bird watching! We do allow pets for a $25 fee. There is a very friendly farm dog on the property, so take note if this will be an issue for you.

The Cottage

Relax in this newly updated cottage located in a quiet neighborhood, 1 block from Good Samaritan Hospital and 5 blocks from Downtown on The Bricks. The open floor plan is light and airy with farmhouse touches to make your stay comfortable. The secluded back yard is perfect for lounging or grilling on the patio. With on-demand heated water, take a long relaxing shower in the completely remodeled bathroom. If you are interested in having your pet accompany you, please request approval.

One of a kind "beach vacation" in central Nebraska! A Caribbean ambience has been quasi recreated in this 1,600 sq. foot space NW of Kearney. The property sits amidst the Nebraska prairie with incredible views of the sunrise, sunset, and moonrise. It's only 10 minutes and all paved roads to Kearney's north shopping district, to the University, and both hospitals. Guests rave about the view, amenities, and peacefulness while being so close to town. Many return and book directly.

Cozy Basement Space

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to Downtown Kearney and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. This lovely place has its own outdoor entrance, cozy kitchen, bathroom with shower, private sleeping area and living area with fireplace. We do have a washing machine and dryer that we can share with you if needed. We also have a very nice backyard to relax if you would like to share that with us. Washer and dryer located in basement along with another living space. House includes 3 full sized beds and 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We allow dogs with a 25 dollar fee for the first pet and a 25 dollar fee for each additional pet.
