This self-contained tiny annexe with private entrance is attached to a 550 year-old former Mill in the rural hamlet of Ponsworthy, 3 miles from the famous Widecombe. Kitchenette, very small shower room, extremely steep staircase ascending to cosy bedroom with seating area + Sky TV. Outdoor seating area surrounded by trees and the sound of the river. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Beautiful 1-bedroom studio within a walled garden.

The garden studio is a small, self-contained annex on the ground floor of my home. It is hidden away in a courtyard just off the main street. It has convenient shops including an organic store, a small co-op supermarket as well as cafés, pubs, and takeaways. The garden studio has a double futon bed with superior mattress with en-suite shower room with a small kitchen area a washing machine and central heating. A small outside patio eating/sitting area within a lovely south facing garden.

Located on the edge of the pretty village of Landscove, just east of Dartmoor National Park, with a brilliant local pub and tearooms within walking distance and stunning rivers, beaches and historic towns nearby, it has everything you need to relax and recharge.

Greystones Cottage- a cosy Dartmoor retreat

Greystones Cottage is a cosy, self contained annex, attached to our house. Situated on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, exploring couldn't be easier whether that is on foot, by bike, in the car or even by kayak! Recently renovated, the cottage provides everything you need to relax after a day out in beautiful south Devon. The annexe is spacious and light, surrounded by beautiful nature and tranquillity. The perfect place to relax after a day's walking on Dartmoor. Suitable for couples, small families, solo adventurers, & well behaved furry friends

Shuttaford - Modern Rustic Barn in Dartmoor Valley

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.
