The Ranch on Beaver Creek invites you &/or your guests to come relax & enjoy our beautiful & peaceful 1400 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is beautifully furnished including a fully stocked kitchen that is ready for any length of stay. We are nestled up against the foothills of the Oregon Cascades, in the heart of the Willamette Valley within min of many wineries & every outdoor activity you can think of. We are approx 6 mi from downtown Lebanon & 15 min or less from Albany & I-5.

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the main sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room.

This charming home is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Step back in time while you enjoy all that Brownsville has to offer. Learn about the people who lived in this home in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Come find where Virgil Averill scratched his name into one of the window panes in the kitchen in 1912. Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
