PNW TINY HOUSE

Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Welcome to the Midtown Bungalow in Eugene! Built in 1930 and completely updated in 2018, our home features vintage styling with polished modern conveniences and artsy touches. Just a mile from U of O campus and a few blocks from downtown, our place is perfectly located for families, adventurers, and business travelers alike. Walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping, relax by the gas fire pit on the shaded patio, stream your favorite shows, and sink into the luxury bed for a good night’s sleep.

Our private detached studio sits in the heart of a quiet residential neighborhood. Short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Short 1/2 mile walk to the river. The space* Newly constructed, cozy 200 sqft studio, includes a comfy loft bed, 10ft ceilings, full bathroom, kitchenette, TV, and sitting area. Easy access to the new bike trails that take you to Cheadle Lake & The Santiam River. If you're interested in a guided fly fishing trip, we are happy to help arrange that!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

Spacious Farm Garden Loft with View

This spacious 1000 Sq ft guest suite with private bath has flexible furnishings that can be set up to create a cozy movie/popcorn night or open up for morning yoga. Hiking trails leave from your door into an expansive park. We are an urban farm garden and have chickens and goats. Visit on Tuesday evenings (May - Oct) to enjoy a local farmers market on the property. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We respect diversity and inclusion. Ask us about booking garden tours or campfires.

Shabby Chic Cabin in the Trees

Snuggle in to our cozy, quaint cabin! The cabin features shabby chic furnishings, many made by hand by our family. It is is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstands, futon, electric fireplace & breakfast nook with bar refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Plates, cups, silverware, coffee pods, bedding and towels are provided! Hot showers and toilets are located in a separate, unheated building about a 1 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

Beryl’s Bungalow ‘A Pet Friendly’ Beauty

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)

Cozy private studio located in a large family home in a quiet residential neighborhood in North Eugene. Separate private entrance. Off-street parking in driveway only used by people renting this studio. 15 minute drive to the University of Oregon and downtown Eugene. One hour drive to the ocean and mountains for skiing. Many beautiful waterfalls and gorgeous hiking trails within an hours drive.

Enjoy this peaceful and quiet country cottage

The Cottage is located on our 5 acre farm, Rising Star farm. We have dairy goats, chickens and cats. Our house is on the property. Up to 4 guests allowed but best suited for 2 adults and 2 children. Extra $10 per child per night. The Cottage has plenty of parking, a covered patio and a fenced yard with banty chickens. We take great care with our cleaning regimen.
