Oakleigh Cottage in the Vale of Evesham

Your countryside home awaits you in the market garden village of Badsey, in the Vale of Evesham. This 270 year old stone cottage was once the servants quarters for Oakleigh House, located centrally in the village on a quiet cul-de-sac. The Barn is a cosy, detached property set in a rural location on the edge of a village. It is conveniently located for exploring Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Cotswolds, Ragley Hall. It is surrounded by farmland with access to many beautiful footpaths. The Barn comprises of a kitchen and lounge/diner downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a shower room upstairs. There is private parking for 2 cars. Outside there is a patio area next to The Barn and a secluded patio at the bottom a large mature garden.

Polly Cottage

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Our cosy home from home cottage is based in Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove. We are located on a main road with adjacent off road parking (if available). Nearby we have 2 supermarkets, 2 pubs and the Bromsgrove train station. There is also a lovely children's park, outdoor gym and cricket pitch opposite. We have both the M5 and M42 with easy access to the NEC, airport, Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon and Malverns to name a few.
