Overlooking fields, the cottage sits on the outskirts of the pretty village of West Overton, in a tranquil semi-walled garden, surrounded by peaceful walks. It's within easy reach of fascinating neolithic sites such as Avebury and Silbury Hill whilst nearby Marlborough also offers restaurants and boutique shops.

The Annexe @ St Peters House

The Annexe @ St Peters House is located in the beautiful village of Broad Hinton in North Wiltshire. The annexe is set in the pretty grounds of St Peters House where the hosts live. The stunning gardens may be used by the guests. The house and annexe sits in the old part of the village next to St Peter Ad Vincula Church. Beautiful walks are a stones throw from the annexe and there is a delightful pub that serves delicious food with a warming fire in the winter and large garden in the summer.

Conkers Self-Contained Annexe near Avebury

Conkers is a spacious self-contained annexe within Chestnut House which has it's own private entrance and has recently been renovated to include a well equipped kitchen and luxurious bathroom. Sleeping for two adults is provided in a king-sized bed separated from an open plan living area by a bookshelf screen. A separate bedroom with two single beds (truckle) can accomodate two children/teenagers. Conkers is in the Avebury World Heritage site and within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Bibury Hidden Dovecote (Grade II Listed)

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. This converted dovecote has a stunning bathroom, copper bath, wet room shower and beautiful double bedroom with terrace. Situated in a quiet but central location in Bibury with parking and breakfast. Perfect for a secret romantic break. Situated conveniently for Burford, Cirencester and Cheltenham, you can explore South Cotswolds.

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Tawny Loft

A bright and airy, yet cosy, private loft in a small farming village. The loft sits adjacent to the owners grade two listed, thatched cottage. All newly refurbished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just a short drive to historical wonders such as Avebury and the village of Marlborough. Barbury Castle and the White Horse on Hackpen Hill are in walking distance. A great find for keen walkers and cyclists. Car parking space and private entrance for guests.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
